The prepaid reminder automatically sends notifications to customers regarding their prepaid balances to avail them before expiration.

It offers flexibility for businesses to choose between fixed or custom intervals for sending these reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

1.1 How To Create A Fixed Interval Prepaid Reminder?

To create a prepaid reminder with a fixed interval in MioSalon, follow these steps:

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Modules Settings”, and click “Prepaid Wallet”.
In the prepaid Wallet, click the “Set Reminder” button.
A popup will appear; click on “Add Prepaid Reminder” to create a new prepaid reminder.
Then fill in all the necessary details in the “Add Prepaid Reminder Rule” popup, which includes
Enter the name of the reminder in the “Reminder Rule Name”.
Choose the “Fixed interval” option in the Reminder Interval.
Enter the required details, such as reminder count, First Reminder, subsequent reminder, and reminder delivery time.
Reminder Count: Specifies the number of reminders to be sent to customers.
First Reminder: Sent before the date of prepaid expiration.
Subsequent Reminder: Set the interval at which subsequent reminders will be sent, such as days after the first reminder.
Delivery Time: Set the time at which the reminders will be sent to the clients.

1.2 How To Create A Custom Interval Prepaid Reminder?

To create a prepaid reminder with a custom interval in MioSalon, follow these steps:

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Modules Settings”, and click “Prepaid Wallet ”.
In the prepaid Wallet, click the “Set Reminder” button
A popup will appear; click on “Add Prepaid Reminder” to create a new prepaid reminder.
Then fill in all the necessary details in the “Add Prepaid Reminder Rule” popup, which includes
Enter the name of the reminder in the “Reminder Rule Name”.
Choose the “Custom interval” option.
Click the “Add Reminder” button
Set the reminders to be sent at a customized time period before the expiry date.
You can add upto five reminders by doing the same.
Delivery Time: Set the time at which the reminders will be sent to the clients.
Enable the “Notification Channel” for messages via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Click the "Save" button.
Now you can view the created prepaid reminder in the “Reminder List.”

Following these instructions, you can successfully set up prepaid reminders with fixed or custom intervals in MioSalon.

To assign a prepaid reminder to a prepaid wallet, follow these steps :

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Modules Settings”, and click “Prepaid Wallet”.
In the prepaid wallet, click the “Set Reminder” button
In the "Reminder List”, you can view all the existing reminders that have been created. Then, select the specific prepaid reminder that suits your wallet
Click the "Assign" button to allocate the reminder to the prepaid wallet. Only one reminder can be assigned to the prepaid wallet.

To remove the prepaid reminder, follow these steps

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Modules Settings”, and click “Prepaid Wallet ”.
Click on the “Remove” option associated with the respective prepaid reminder.
A confirmation pop-up will appear where you can click "Yes" to remove the selected prepaid reminder.

To change the prepaid reminder, follow these steps :

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Modules Settings”, and click “Prepaid Wallet ”.
Click on the “Change” option associated with the respective prepaid reminder.
A confirmation pop-up will appear where you can click "Continue" to change the prepaid reminder.
It will redirect to the “Prepaid Reminder List” section, where you can assign another prepaid reminder that fits that particular prepaid wallet.

Note:

This change applies only to new clients and existing clients remain the same.

Instructions

To delete the created prepaid reminder, follow these steps:

Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Modules Settings”, and click “Prepaid Wallet”.
In the prepaid Wallet, click the “Set Reminder” button
Locate the existing prepaid reminders in the "Reminder List." Then, select the specific prepaid reminder you want to delete and click the "delete" icon.
Confirm by clicking "Yes" on the confirmation pop-up.

By following these steps, you can easily delete a prepaid reminder.
