How to Send Notifications for Clients in Miosalon?

Send instant notifications to clients via WhatsApp, SMS and Email for invoices, appointments, coupons and OTPs.


WhatsApp channel is only available for Standard and Premium plans.*

1. How to enable notification for sending a digital invoice/ receipt to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable the "Digital Invoice/Receipt Message to Client" to send an automated digital invoice or receipt to your client after checkout.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the digital invoice template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your clients will receive an instant digital invoice after each checkout.


2. How to enable notification for sending a new appointment message to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "New Appointment Message to Client" to send an automated appointment message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the appointment confirmation template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your clients will receive an   instant appointment confirmation message 


3.  How to enable notification for sending a canceled Appointment Message to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Canceled Appointment Message to Client" to send an automated appointment cancellation message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the appointment cancelation template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your clients will receive an   instant appointment cancellation  message 


 4. How to enable notification for sending a rescheduled appointment message to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Rescheduled Appointment Message to Client" to send an automated appointment reschedule message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the appointment reschedule template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your client will receive an instant appointment rescheduling message.


5. How to enable notification for sending a discount coupon message to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Discount Coupon Message to Client" to send an automated discount coupon message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the discount coupon template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your client will receive a discount coupon message, including the coupon code, validity and discount information.


6. How to enable notification for sending a gift voucher message to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Gift Voucher Message To Client" to send an automated Gift voucher message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the gift voucher message template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your client (buyer and recipient) will receive a gift voucher message when the buyer purchases a gift voucher.


7. How to enable notification for sending gift voucher expiry reminders to the client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Gift Voucher Expiry Reminders To Client" to send an automated gift voucher Expiry Reminder message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the gift voucher expiry reminder template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your client will receive a gift voucher expiry reminder message before the validity date.


8. How to enable notification for sending a prepaid redemption OTP message to the Client?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - “WhatsApp”, "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Prepaid Redemption OTP Message To Client" to send an automated prepaid redemption OTP message to your client.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the prepaid redemption OTP template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your client will receive an OTP Alert to Redeem Prepaid  message.


9. How to enable thanking the client for sharing feedback notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Client Notifications" tab.

  • Within the "Client Notifications" tab, click on the preferred channel - "SMS” or “Email” to send notifications to clients.

  • Enable "Thanking Client for Sharing Feedback" to send an automated  Thanking message to your client for sharing valuable feedback.

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the feedback response message template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now your client will receive a response message for their valuable feedback.
