To disable OTP redemption notifications for prepaid, membership, packages and reward points to a client:
Login to MioSalon
Go to Settings, Scroll down to Business Settings and click on Notifications.
Within the Client Notifications tab, click on the preferred channel - WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
Disable the OTP Redemption Notifications to the Client.
