How to disable OTP redemption notifications to a client?

To disable OTP redemption notifications for prepaid, membership, packages and reward points to a client:


  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Go to Settings, Scroll down to Business Settings and click on Notifications.



  1. Within the Client Notifications tab, click on the preferred channel - WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.



  1. Disable the OTP Redemption Notifications to the Client.
