How to setup and send OTP redemption notifications to a client?

To setup and send OTP redemption notifications for prepaid, membership, packages and reward points to a client:


  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Go to Settings, Scroll down to Business Settings and click on Notifications.



  1. Within the Client Notifications tab, click on the preferred channel - WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.



  1. Enable the OTP Redemption Notifications to the Client.



  1. Select the preferred items– Prepaid, Membership, Packages or Reward Points.



  1. By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on Change Template.



  1. Choose the OTP redemption template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 


  1. Now your clients will receive an instant OTP alert during the redemption of prepaid, membership, packages or reward points.
