How to redeem Prepaid?

  1. Click "Quick Sale".Enter "Customer mobile number" who purchased the prepaid or having prepaid balance.

  2. The Prepaid balance will be shown  in the quick sale page after entering the customer number.

  3. Now select the services / products from the dropdown. 

  4. Click "Prepaid payment button" from mode of payment.

  5. "Save/Checkout" the bill.

  6. If you want to check the balance of the customer's Wallet, then follow step 1.

Note : Prepaid balance can also be sent along with bill sms. for this go to  settings>Business settings>Notifications>Client notification paste this tag [PREPAID_BALANCE] in sms template.
