How to setup reward points?

To setup reward points against services, products, prepaids, memberships or packages.

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Reward Point.

  4. Enable Reward Points  to reward points to the client on every billing.

  5. Enable or disable Round off points to round off the reward points to the nearest whole number.

  6. Enable or disable the following options to offer reward points for client purchases:

    1. Reward point for services - Award reward points for billing services

    2. Reward point for products - Award reward points for the purchase of products

    3. Reward point for packages - Award reward points for the purchase of packages

    4. Reward point for membership - Award reward points for the purchase of membership

    5. Reward point for membership customer - Award reward points for membership customer purchases

    6. Reward point for prepaid - Award reward points for the purchase of prepaid

    7. Reward point for gift voucher - Award reward points for the purchase of gift voucher

    8. Reward point for tax -  Include the tax amount in the reward point calculation.

  7. To setup the reward point:

    1. Purchase value -Enter the point value in the Assign section and amount in the Point for each value. In the Value per Point, mention the point value.

    2. In the Minimum Points Eligible for Redemption, set the minimum eligibility criteria.

    3. Example: Assign 1 point to each USD 100 bill value, and the value per point is USD 0.1. And the minimum points eligible for redemption is 100. So once the reward point value reaches 100, the client can redeem 1 USD for any purchase.

  8. Click on Save button.
