How to view the reward point details for the customer?

To view the reward point details against the customer:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Customers from the main menu.

  3. Search customer details using Mobile Number, Customer ID, Email ID or Customer Name.

  4. Click on the Customer, then in the Customer 360° profile, select the Reward Point tab.

  5. It will display the balance, accumulated and redeem reward points for the customer.
