How to view the redeemed reward point details for the customer?

To view the reward point reports:

1. Login to MioSalon.

2. Go to Reports from the main menu.

3. Select Reward Point tab.

4. It displays a table consisting of:

5. Mobile Number - The customer's mobile number

6. Customer Name - Name of the customer

7. Customer ID - Unique customer identification number

8. Points - Display the reward point balance

5. Click on the Customer, then in the Customer 360° profile, select the Reward Point tab.

6. It will display the redeemed reward points for the customer.
