How to view SMS campaign reports?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on SMS in the side menu.

  4. Click on Report tab.

  5. Choose the duration

  • Message - The campaign message sent to the customers

  • Sent date & time - The date and time of the message

  • Message type - The type of message, whether it’s trackable or non-trackable
