How to view WhatsApp campaign reports?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Click on Report tab.

  5. Choose the date range

  • Campaign name - Name of the campaign

  • Targeted customers - List of customers whom the campaign has been sent

  • Total - Total number of customers

  • Sent - Total number of customers who received the campaign

  • Pending - Total number of customers who haven't received the campaign

  • Status - The campaign status, whether it completed, processing, pending or cancelled.
