Follow the step-by-step instructions below to turn off the Bill cancellations alert:
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side. Scroll down to “Business Settings, and click” Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Report Notifications" tab.
On the "Report Notification" tab, click on "Report Notification Mapping."
In the "Report Notification Mapping" section, you will find a list staff details and branches assigned to them.
Click on the "plus icon" or "map branch" symbol next to the staff's mobile number for specific staff.
A popup will appear, on that select “Bill cancellations alert”
Deselect the branches associated with that staff member to disable specific or all reports.
After deselecting the branches, click on the "Save" button to confirm the changes.
Follow these steps to successfully disable the Bill Cancellation alerts via email for the selected staff member.
