The purpose of the Prepaid Wallet Balance Report is to furnish customers with a clear and comprehensive summary of their individual prepaid balances, encompassing the prepaid amount and its expiration date.
1. Go to Reports from the main menu.
2. Select the Prepaid Balance from the top label.
3. Choose the Date range or Unlimited and click Download. The report will get downloaded into the system.
4. Prepaid balance can be viewed for the individual customer also by entering the customer number in the search option.
5. Prepaid Expiry date and wallet balance can be changed by clicking the Change icon under Expiry date.
