FAQs: Manual Add vs Bulk Import (International Phone Numbers)
1. Can I add customers with international phone numbers manually?
Yes. When adding a customer manually, you can select any country code from the Country Code dropdown (e.g., +1, +93, +355) and enter the mobile number.2. Can I import customers with international phone numbers using Excel?
Bulk import supports customer data upload, but country code selection via dropdown is available only during manual customer creation. Imported records must follow the supported import format.3. Why is country code selection different for manual add and import?
Manual customer creation allows dynamic country code selection through a dropdown, ensuring accurate phone number validation. Import relies on predefined data validation rules to maintain consistency during bulk uploads.4. When should I use manual add instead of import for international customers?
Use manual add when:You are adding a few international customers
You need to select country codes directly from the dropdown
You want immediate validation and confirmation
Use import when:
You are uploading large customer lists
Phone numbers follow the supported import format
