To delete the feedback form follow these steps:
Go to “Feedback” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the feedback page, locate the particular feedback form you want to delete.
Click the delete icon for the particular feedback you want to delete.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, click “Yes” to delete the feedback form.
