To stop the feedback form, follow these steps:
Go to “Feedback” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
On the feedback page, in the particular feedback form you want to stop sending to the client
Click the “stop” button for the particular feedback you want to stop sending to the client.
A confirmation pop-up will appear; click “Yes” to stop the feedback form.
