Step 1: Open New Booking
Navigate to the appointment calendar page or click the "+" (New Booking) option to begin.
Step 2: Enter Customer Details
Enter the customer's phone number to instantly pull up their complete profile. This view displays all their vital details, including past visits, unpaid balances, and available prepaid packages.
Step 3: Select Booking Type
Choose what the customer wants to book by clicking on Service, Package, or Purchased Package.
Step 4: Add Items & Details
Add the specific items for the booking. Be sure to update and assign the necessary Staff and Resource details for the appointment.
Step 5: Review Summary
Click the Proceed Appointment button. This will take you to the final Summary page where you can review all the complete details of the appointment to ensure accuracy.
Step 6: Save or Checkout
Finally, choose your next action:
Click Save to successfully book the appointment on the calendar.
Click Checkout if the customer is paying now; this will directly convert the appointment into a bill.
