How to add “Book Online” to my Google Business profile?

Overview

With Google Reserve integration, your customers can directly book salon or spa appointments right from Google Search or Maps. This feature helps increase online visibility, attract new clients, and reduce booking friction.

When integrated with MioSalon, your “Book Online” button automatically appears on your Google Business Profile (GBP) and syncs with your real-time availability.

⚙️ Before You Begin

Ensure the following setup is complete before enabling the integration:

• Your business must have an active Google Business Profile (GBP).

• Your business name, address, and phone number (NAP) in MioSalon must exactly match your GBP details.

• Online booking should be enabled in MioSalon.

• You must use the same business category (e.g., Salon, Spa, Nail Studio, Barbershop) supported by Google Reserve.

Steps to Add ‘Book Online’

1. Login to your MioSalon account.

2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Reserve.

3. Click on Integrate

    

5. Now, click on Verify to opt in your Google Business address.

   
   

6. Search your Google verified address from the map and click on Save.

   
   

7. Under Agree and Confirm, Enable Google Bookings and check the boxes to indicate that you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of both MioSalon and Google. 

   
   

8. Click on Opt-In to display the Google “Book Online” button on your Google Business Page.

Note: The verification may take up to 24 to 48 hours.

9. After opt-in, the status will be shown as Verifying.

   
   
   
   

10. Once live, the status will be changed to Success, and the “Book Online” button will be displayed on your Google profile.
    
    

? Supported & Unsupported Countries

Google Reserve is available only in selected countries.
If your business operates in an unsupported region, the “Book Online” option will not appear on your Google profile even after setup.

• Keep your service names and categories consistent with Google’s standards for better discoverability.

• Use a clear and appealing service image in MioSalon — these often display alongside booking options on Google.

• If your salon has multiple branches, enable Google Reserve for each outlet separately.
