To create new message templates:
In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.
Click on the Message Templates
Click on Create Template to create a new notification template.
A create template pop-up will be displayed. Add necessary details, such as:
General Section
Phone Number - The business's mobile number. Choose the mobile number that fits your needs.
Notification Type - Choose the notification type, whether it’s an appointment, invoices, coupons or OTPs.
Template Name - Enter the template name that should be unique and should not include spaces, digits or special characters.
Category - Choose the category of the message template.
Language - Choose the language of the message content.
Header Section
Header Type - Choose the header type, whether it’s text or media, based on the notification type.
Header Title - If the header type is text, enter the header title
Body Section
Body - In the body section, enter the message that needs to be conveyed via this notification.
Add Tag - The tag is used to get dynamic details (customer name, date and time, etc.)
Footer Section
Footer Text - Enter the footer message that needs to be added at the end.
Button Section
Button Type - In the button section, only three buttons can be added, which is two links and one phone number
Link - Enter the link that needs to be sent along with the messages. The link should be static or dynamic.
Phone Number - Enter the phone number that needs to be added.
Button Text - Enter the anchor text that will be displayed in the WhatsApp message.
Click Save and Submit.
Once the message template has been created, it will be displayed in the Message Template section.
