Lead management is the process of converting potential customers (leads) into clients by providing them with the right information, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the stages of the conversion journey.

1. How to add a new lead?

To add a new lead, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click on the "Leads" button under the Lead Management section.

  • On the Leads page, locate and click the "Add Lead" button, which opens an "Add Lead" pop-up.



  • In the "Add Lead" pop-up, fill in the necessary details

    • Personal details (first name, last name, mobile number, email, gendersource)

    • Residence details (Location, PIN code).

  • Continue filling in additional details, like Lead Status:

    • "New": A lead just added, in the initial stage.

    • "Follow-Up": A lead needing further interaction or follow-up. 

      • If the "Follow-Up" option is Selected: provide the next follow-up date and time.

    • "Converted": A lead successfully transitioned into a client or customer.

    • "Not Converted": A lead that did not progress into a client at the current stage.

  • Add any specific details or notes related to the lead's inquiry or expressed interests.

  • Click the "Save" button to store the new lead information.

By following these steps, you ensure that the lead's information is accurately recorded and ready for further management.


2. How to edit lead profile details?

To edit a new lead, follow these steps:

  • Go to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click the "Leads" button under Lead Management.

  • On the Leads page, find and select the particular lead name you want to edit.

  • A pop-up named "Lead Activity" will appear.

  • On the Lead Activity page, click the edit icon associated with the lead profile.



  • Update the lead profile details as needed.



  • Click the "Update" button to save the changes.

By following these steps, you can efficiently edit and update lead details in your system.


Note: The lead date can be modified for a single lead activity.


3. How to view the lead activity?

To view the lead activity:

  • Go to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click the "Leads" button under Lead Management.

  • On the Leads page, find and select the particular lead name you want to edit.

  • A pop-up named "Lead Activity" will appear.

  • Now you can view the lead activity here.



4. How to update the lead status?

To update the lead status,

  • Go to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click the "Leads" button under Lead Management.

  • Locate the particular lead.

  • Click the "Add Status" button; an "Add Status" pop-up will appear.

  • Click the edit icon associated with the status.



  • Update the lead status and, if necessary, mention enquiry details.



  • Click the "Update" button to proceed with updating the lead status.


5. How to change the follow-up date and time for a lead?

  • Go to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click the "Leads" button under Lead Management.

  • Locate the particular lead.

  • Click the "Add Status" button; an "Add Status" pop-up will appear.

  • If you choose the follow-up option, update the status, and provide the next follow-up date and time.



  • Click the "Add" button to proceed with changing the follow-up details.


6. How to filter or search for leads?

To filter or search leads:

  • Go to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click the "Leads" button under Lead Management.

  • Click the "Filter" button.

  • In the filter popup, choose criteria such as lead date, lead status, source, or gender.



  • Click the "Apply" button to proceed with the selected filter criteria.

  • Alternatively, search for leads using the mobile number.



7. How delete lead details?

To delete a new lead, follow these steps:

  • Go to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click the "Leads" button under Lead Management.

  • On the Leads page, select the particular lead name you want to delete.

  • A pop-up named "Lead Activity" will appear.

  • On the Lead Activity page, click the delete icon associated with the lead profile.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear; click "Delete" to proceed and delete the lead details.



8. How do you retrieve lead details?

To retrieve lead details,

  • Navigate to "Lead Management" in the main navigation bar.

  • Click on the "Leads" button under the Lead Management section.

  • On the Leads page, locate and click "Add Lead" button. This action opens an "Add Lead" pop-up window.

  • In the "Add Lead" pop-up, fill in the lead's mobile number. 

  • If the number has been deleted earlier, a confirmation pop-up will appear, displaying "The lead details have already deleted. Would you like to retrieve this lead?"

  • If the data needs to be retrieved, click "Yes" to proceed with the retrieval process, or else click "Cancel"
