How to automate multiple greetings?

To automate multiple greetings:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Within Loyalty Programs, select Greetings.

  4. Click the "Manage greetings" button.

  5. "Configure Greeting" pop-up will appear. Define the following:


    • Greeting Type: Choose "Birthday" or "Anniversary."

    • Customer Segment: Select your target audience. Options include:

      • All Customers: Reach everyone in your database.

      • By Gender and Age: Tailor your message to specific demographics.

      • Returning Customers: Engage clients who have had appointments.    

      • Non-Returning Customers: Reconnect with inactive clients.


    1. Assign a descriptive name for your campaign.

    2. Click "Add message” and “Add a new greeting template”

    3. Choose a template from the repository that aligns with your desired tone and message. 

    4. Click "Assign" to link the template to your greeting.

    5. Follow the same process as before to select a template and assign it to your greeting.

    6. For each added message, specify the days before the event it should be sent.

    7. This allows you to create a sequence of greetings, such as:


    • A birthday wish sent one week before the client's birthday.

    • A reminder sent the day before the birthday.

    • A special offer sent on the client's birthday.


    1. Click "Add group" to finalize the configuration.
