Appointment Reminders

Send custom appointment reminders to your clients before their scheduled services to ensure they never miss any appointments via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

1. How to enable SMS reminder notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.

  • Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Enable "SMS Reminder Notification”

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the reminder template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now the clients will receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered mobile numbers.

Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.


2. How to enable Email Reminder notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.

  • Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Enable "Email Reminder Notification”

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the reminder template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now the clients will receive automated reminders before their appointments to their registered email address.


Note: Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.


3. How to enable WhatsApp reminder notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.

  • Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Enable "WhatsApp Reminder Notification”

  • By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."

  • Choose the reminder template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template. 

  • Now the clients will receive automated reminders before their appointments to their WhatsApp..

4. How to set days for reminder notifications?

  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”. 

  • In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.

  • In the “Set days for reminder” section, 2 reminder days will be set by default.

  • If you want to change that reminder, click the “Edit” icon. 

  • To add a new reminder, Click on “Add Reminder” In “Add Days” mention the “Days before” and “Time” to schedule the reminder.  You can set up to three reminders per appointment

  • If the day before is 1, then you have to mention the time.

  • If you set the days as zero days, then mention the hours for the same day.

Note: 

  • Any changes made to your reminder settings will be processed and updated within 3 hours.

  • At least one reminder will always be set as default and cannot be deleted.
