To edit customer details, follow these steps:
Method I
Go to the "Customer" section in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Under "Customer Segmentation," search for the specific customer to edit. You can search by customer mobile number, customer ID, or email ID in the search bar.
Then click on the customer name to view the “Customer 360 Profile.”. Click on the "Edit" icon.
An "Edit Customer" pop-up will appear. Make the necessary changes or updates to the customer's details.
click the "Update" button to save the changes to the customer's profile.
Method II
Go to the "Quick Sale" section in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Search for the customer by entering a mobile number, name, or customer ID in the “Search Bar”.
Click on the “Edit Icon” at the end of the search bar.
An "Edit Customer" pop-up will appear. Make the necessary changes or updates to the customer's details.
click the "Update" button to save the changes to the customer's profile.
Note: If the staff doesn’t have access to view and update customer information, then the customer option won’t be visible.
