Creating a Membership

The Discount Membership Program allows customers to acquire special prices and discounts that creates a sense of belongingness to your salon or spa which ensures loyalty. 

The steps to create memberships are as follows 

1. Navigate to Settings on the menu bar

2. Click on Membership under Modules Settings

3. Choose to create or import membership

   1. Create

      1. Click on Add Discount Membership 

      2. Fill in the required details 

      3. Click on Save

   2. Import

      1. Click on Import Membership 

      2. Select on Download Template 

      3. Enter existing information according to the given template and save the file

      4. Click on Import Membership and upload the file.
         

Note: Before Importing the Bulk membership data, the customer details need to save. 

A membership will now be created.
