Product Inward Report

The Product Inward Report is essential for tracking and managing inventory movements within a business. Its primary purpose is to provide a detailed record of products that have been received or updated in stock over a specified period. This report helps in monitoring inventory levels, cost management, performance analysis and financial accuracy.


To view the product inward report:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Reports from the main menu.

  3. Navigate to Appointment & Sales and click on Product Inward.

  4. Select the preferred time period or enter a Custom Range, then click View.

  5. It displays the list of products that have been updated or received in that branch. The details include:

  6. Stock Type - The category or classification of stock (New Stock, Adjustment, Return, Transfer In and Other)

  7. Cost Price - The cost price per unit of the product.

  1. View the complete list of each stock type by scrolling through.

  2. Each stock type provides a details of:

    1. Product Name - Name of the product.

    2. Category - The category to which the product belongs.

    3. Product Inward Quantity - The amount of the product received or added to stock.

    4. Cost Price - The cost price per unit of the product.

    5. Total - The total cost for the inward quantity (calculated as Product Inward Quantity × Cost Price).

  3. For further references, Download the report in Excel or PDF formats.
